Onset of symptoms directly after contracting chickenpox as a 36 year old.
Looking back, sailing in the sun for long days in the Caribbean when I was 33-35 was the first time I started developing symptoms. Six years and many odd infections and symptoms later, I finally got my diagnosis.
For years I had suffered aches and pains and caught every virus and infection that was going round ,then got aretha nodusm from the doctor who saw me said there was something underlying wich had caused it ,and was sent rheumatology who took bloods and found I had systemic lupus erythematosus
I had a total hysterectomy at 29 due to precancerous cells on my cervix and ovaries. I couldn’t take the hormones they made me sick. Not long after I got a c-diff infection and I didn’t know that’s what was going on. I almost died from it. I believe the mix of the two triggered they symptoms. I also always had aches and pains.
