Has the challenge event that you had been training for been postponed or cancelled? Or maybe you’re looking to take on a new lockdown challenge event?
You decide how far to run, from a virtual 5k to a full or half marathon over a number of days, or even challenge yourself to a regular distance each day, you could even decide to take on a cycling or walking challenge – the choice is yours!
If you really want to challenge yourself take on our LUPUS to LUPUS Challenge and complete 200 virtual miles which is the distance between Lupus Way in Ellesmere Port and Lupus Street in London!
Our Supporter’s Facebook Group includes details of our Strava leaderboard and a chat area so you can join our community and encourage and support one another along your journey.
In this new world of social distancing and staying at home, many people are turning to virtual challenges like this every day – they’re a great way to stay fit, banish boredom and by joining ours, you can help us to continue our work supporting people affected by lupus.
Why take on a virtual challenge event?
