Welcome to TrekFest 2014 – a tough UK charity trek for tough trekkers. We’ve got two fantastic charity challenge routes planned in two stunning UK locations – The Brecon Beacons and The Peak District.

TrekFest will test you to your limits – it’s a life changing experience that will uncover strengths that you never knew you had!

When you sign up for TrekFest you will be signing up to take on the ultimate UK charity challenge in some of the most stunning environments the UK has to offer.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to complete your chosen route within the allotted time frame. The TrekFest routes are as beautiful as they are challenging.

We promise you that TrekFest 2014 will deliver an emotional, fun and life-changing experience – you will discover another side of yourself while raising money and awareness for any charity that you choose. Whether you’re a first timer or a hardened TrekFester; whatever your reasons for signing up; whatever you hope to achieve, TrekFest will push you to your limits but prove that anything is possible.

Registration Fees and Payment Options

27 mile

Please note that the non-refundable registration fees above are in addition to the payment option selected.

Payment Option A – Minimum SponsorshipPayment Option B – Self-funding

54 mile = £340 per person

27 mile = £240 per person

In addition to the registration fee you commit to raising the minimum sponsorship as shown above. 50% of the fundraising target (either £170 or £120) must be received by your chosen charity no later than 6 weeks prior to the challenge. The other 50% and pledges for the remaining sponsorship must be sent to your charity no later than 4 weeks after completion of the event.

£85 per person

27 mile = Challenge balance
£60 per person

In addition to the registration fee, 6 weeks prior to the event an invoice will be sent to you for the challenge balance shown above. Although there is no minimum sponsorship requirement, we do ask you to raise funds for a charity of your choice.

Individuals – simply complete all the fields, create your account, choose your payment option, choose your charity and pay your registration fee.

Teams – if you are the first person to register in your team, then you will be automatically selected as the ‘Team Captain’ and create the team’s account. You are securing your team’s place on the event and are responsible for paying the registration fee for each team member.

The Team Captain is responsible for submitting the personal details of other team members – this can be done now, or at a later stage. To register other team members now you will need their:
